📌Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bq999 ("bq999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bq999 website located at https://bq999.asia and all associated services including online casino games, sports betting markets, account management, deposits and withdrawals.

👤Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one bq999 account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number which will be used to verify the account via SMS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

bq999 will never ask you for your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from bq999 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected]. Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

• ✔You must use a strong, unique password for your bq999 account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• ✔You must log out of your bq999 account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device such as a computer at a cafe or shared mobile phone.

• ✔bq999 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Where bq999 suspects account compromise, it may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

💳Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the bq999 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bq999 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used by the account holder to make a deposit, or to an account that has been verified as belonging to the account holder through the KYC process. bq999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to other individuals.

bq999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where the KYC process has not been completed. Processing times for mobile wallet withdrawals are typically 15 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

bq999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bets placed on the bq999 platform are final once confirmed. bq999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse a bet once it has been confirmed by the system. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details including selection, stake amount and odds before confirming any wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or data feed failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bq999 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. bq999's decision on voiding bets in such circumstances is final. bq999 will not be liable for any consequential losses claimed by players arising from technical faults outside bq999's reasonable control.

Sports betting markets offered by bq999 are governed by the specific sport and market rules applicable to each event. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement of a sports bet, bq999's trading team will review the available evidence and issue a final ruling. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bq999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of account balance and permanent ban from the platform, in addition to any other remedies available to bq999 under applicable law.

1. Fraudulent activity of any kind, including using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents during KYC, or impersonating another individual.
2. Money laundering or any attempt to use the bq999 platform to process, conceal or transfer funds derived from criminal activity.
3. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another individual, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
4. Using any software, script, bot, exploit or technical method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, to automate gameplay, or to circumvent any security or fraud-detection system operated by bq999.
5. Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker or coordinating sports bets to exploit bonus terms.
6. Accessing or attempting to access the bq999 platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, account restriction or platform ban previously imposed by bq999.

Your continued use of the bq999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
